I reached out to Rich after I had my pond installed by another builder in Mount Dora. The orginal builder left the pond incomplete with many leaks (of course they assured me there where no leaks). Rich Sr and Jr came to my rescue and redid my pond to my complete satisfaction including finding the leaks and holes in my liner! I am 100% happy with their service, product and company. In today's development world it is sometimes a rare find to obtain good quality workmanship and in such a timely fashion and I felt compelled to let you know how completely satisfied we are with your work.
You started the job exactly when you said you would, you worked on it diligently through completion using more than adequate equipment to promptly excavate the area and completed it exactly when you said you would. You gave us guidance and ideas that we hadn't thought of in order to complete the project and exceeding our best expectations.
